How I Build

  • Discovery & Prioritization

I start by figuring out what actually matters - weighing user needs, technical feasibility, and business priorities to decide what gets built next and why. I roadmap in Jira Product Discovery, so priorities stay visible and every decision has a reason behind it.

  • Execution & Collaboration

I turn strategy into work a team can execute: writing specs and tickets, mapping flows in FigJam, and designing the experience in Figma. I run a 7-engineer team on Kanban boards with a consistent two-week release cadence, so ideas don't stall between vision and code.

  • Validation & Iteration

Shipping isn't a handoff. I run structured UAT before every release to catch gaps early, and I stay close to engineering throughout, working through blockers together, adjusting scope when something surfaces mid-sprint, and keeping specs a living conversation rather than a one-way document.

About Me

Growing up in a family where everyone worked in tech, I gravitated toward it early - but it was the intersection of people, design, and technology that hooked me, not just the industry itself.

I graduated from Utah State University with a degree in Human Experience Design and Interaction, with minors in Multimedia and Culturally Responsive Design. Today I work as a Product Manager building AI-powered products, where I get to use that same foundation - understanding how people actually behave - to decide what gets built and why.

I care about shipping things that are genuinely useful, not just technically impressive. That means staying close to engineering, making decisions based on real evidence rather than opinion, and treating a good product as something you keep refining, not something you finish.

Outside of work, you'll usually find me training for Hyrox, trying a new restaurant around Utah, or watching a musical or comedy I've already seen five times.
